We have been in the adult care field since 1992, when we opened our first home. It was the first home in Tucson built specifically as a licensed adult care facility. We have grown in the last 18 years to six homes commonly known as The Trees: Plum Tree, Peach Tree, Apple Tree, Pepper Tree, Oak Tree and Ella's Home. Ella's Home is dedicated to Ella Minninger, who was the inspiration that led us into the adult care field. Ella developed Alzheimer's disease and was cared for by one of the Groves Group's founders at her home for a number of years. That experience brought about the realization that there was a need for facilities where people could live in a dignified manner at a time when they were no longer able to live independently.
Our homes were designed and built specifically for seniors in need of assistance with their daily activities. They are secured in a gated, landscaped community.

Each home has a maximum of 10 residents with private or companion rooms. We have certified caregivers on duty 24 hours a day and a caregiver to resident ration of 1 to 5 during all waking hours. We provide medication management and incidental medical services, three nutritionally balanced meals and snacks daily, as well as regularly scheduled social events and activities.

We understand that our residents have different needs and that those needs change over time. Therefore, we provide evolving levels of care to suit both highly functioning residents as well as those who require more intensive care.
Our home are trusted throughout the community and respected in the medical field. We offer a professional, caring environment for your loved ones to get the best possible care.
